State of Utah Investigating Officer's Report of Traffic Accident

Vehicle #1 was northbound I-15 in the #1 lane. Vehicle #1 drifted off the left side of the roadway. Driver of vehicle #1 corrected back to the right going over into the #3 lane. Vehicle #1 then corrected back tot he left and lost control. Vehicle #1 went sideways off the road into the median. Vehicle #1 rolled through the median and became airborne going into the southbound travel lanes of I-15. Vehicle #1 was southbound I-15 in the #3 lane. Vehicle #1 was upside down when it struck vehicle #2 head on. Vehicle #1 burst into flames and came to rest on its top in the #3 lane. Vehicle #2 started on fire from being in contact with vehicle #1. Driver of vehicle #3 used his vehicle to push vehicle #2 away from vehicle #1 which was fully engulfed in flames.
